My research study is focused on the solvation sciences. I investigate the crucial role of solvation structure and dynamics of water around biomolecules. I have completed my doctoral study at S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, Kolkata, India. Subsequently, I have completed five years of post-doctoral study at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany, and The University of Texas at Austin, US.
